One city, five kinds of work
Cleaning is a logistics business as much as a cleaning one. Concentrating on Plano keeps the drives between jobs short, which is what actually lets a team arrive when it said it would. It also means the crews get familiar with how homes here are built — the established 1970s and 1980s neighborhoods through east and central Plano, the larger builds out west, the townhomes and apartment communities filling in along the Legacy corridor, and the older streets around Downtown Plano.

Cloths are color-separated by area and swapped as they load up. Nothing that has been around a bathroom goes near a kitchen counter.

If an area we cleaned was missed or you are not satisfied with it, tell us and we will come back to address it within 24 hours at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the guarantee.
In practice that means: walk the property after the visit while the team is still fresh in your mind. If an area we cleaned was missed or is not up to standard, call or text (469) 405-3762 and we will arrange to come back to it.
What it is not: a promise that every possible outcome is covered regardless of circumstance. Damage that predates the visit, surfaces that cannot be restored by cleaning, and work outside the scope you booked are not part of the guarantee. We will always tell you which of those you are looking at.

How are your cleaners vetted?
Every cleaner is vetted and background checked before they work in a customer property, and trained to follow the Hygiene Maids cleaning standards. They work in Hygiene Maids uniform, and the company itself is fully bonded and insured.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
Wherever the schedule allows, yes — particularly on recurring cleaning. A team that already knows the house works faster and misses less, because they are not rediscovering the layout, the surfaces that need a specific product, or which door stays shut. Illness, vacations and route changes mean we cannot promise it on every single visit.
What products do you use, and are they safe around pets and children?
Our cleaners arrive with the products and equipment for the service booked, chosen to be appropriate for household surfaces and to be used safely around children and pets when used as directed. If you would prefer a specific product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us — we will use yours.
What if something in my home gets damaged?
Tell us straight away. Hygiene Maids of Plano is bonded and insured, and we would rather hear about it from you on the day than find out later. Some things cannot be cleaned out at all — etched stone, worn grout, scratched glass, heat damage — and we will tell you when what you are looking at is damage rather than dirt.
Do you clean businesses as well as homes?
Yes. Alongside residential cleaning we clean offices, restaurants, churches, schools and other commercial premises in Plano. Commercial work is quoted on scope rather than booked from a price list, because restroom count, floor types, traffic and access hours change the job.
