Recurring commercial cleaning in Plano, TX

Up to 35% off qualifying recurring commercial cleaning.

Most commercial cleaning is bought once and then never looked at again, which is exactly how a contract ends up cleaning a room nobody uses while a restroom runs out of soap.

This page covers the part that is usually left vague: how frequency bands work, what actually determines your discount, and what belongs in a scope you can hold a contractor to.

Frequency bands

Where your premises sits, and why it matters

Frequency is set by how hard a space is used rather than how big it is. Restroom load is the single most reliable predictor in almost every facility type.

Recurring commercial cleaning frequency bands and the premises each one suits
FrequencyTypically suitsNote
Five or more visits a weekOffices at capacity, busy retail, food service, high-traffic facilities. The top of the frequency band, where the largest reductions apply.
Two to four visits a weekHybrid offices, mid-sized premises, schools in term time, churches with midweek use.The most common arrangement across Plano since hybrid working settled.
WeeklySmaller suites, studios, practices and low-traffic premises.Still a recurring contract, still discounted, at the lower end of the band.
Periodic and seasonalQuarterly deep work, seasonal peaks, term-break intensives.Usually agreed alongside a regular schedule rather than instead of one.

If attendance concentrates midweek, cleaning into the busy days beats spreading visits evenly. An office full Tuesday to Thursday gets more from Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings than from Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The discount

What determines where you land

We publish the ceiling rather than a table, because a commercial rate depends on five variables and a headline percentage that ignores them is not useful information.

Recurring commercial pricing

Up to 35% off qualifying recurring commercial cleaning

High-frequency arrangements — daily service, or several visits a week across a larger premises — are where the top of the band applies. Weekly contracts are still discounted, at the lower end.

What the figure depends on

  • Cleaning frequency, and how many visits a week
  • Property size and square footage
  • Scope of work and the tasks included
  • Facility type and how heavily it is used
  • Access hours and any building requirements

Not every commercial customer receives 35%. The figure is a ceiling for high-frequency arrangements, and your actual rate is confirmed in your quote.

Setting it up

Three things settled before the first visit

No commercial arrangement should start with anything vague in it. These three get agreed in writing, and everything else follows.

  1. 1

    Scope the space honestly

Restroom count, floor types, traffic, touch points and the areas that decide how the premises are perceived. Photographs and a floor plan get us most of the way if a site visit is hard to arrange.

  2. 2

    Agree frequency against use

Frequency follows how hard the space is actually used, not its size. We would rather propose the frequency the premises need than the largest contract you would accept, because an over-specified contract gets canceled within a year.

  3. 3

    Write it down, including exclusions

What is cleaned, how often, what is explicitly outside the arrangement, who supplies consumables, and how problems get raised. Nearly every dispute in commercial cleaning traces back to something assumed rather than written.

One more thing worth building in: a periodic review of the scope itself. Premises change — headcount moves, a meeting room becomes a store room, attendance patterns shift. A scope written eighteen months ago is usually cleaning something nobody uses and missing something everybody does. Facility-specific scopes are on office, retail and commercial cleaning.

Questions

About recurring commercial arrangements

The discount ceiling, why frequency lowers the rate, contracts, multi-site and exclusions.

How does the up-to-35% discount actually work?

Up to 35% off qualifying recurring commercial cleaning. It is a ceiling, not a rate every commercial customer receives. Where you land inside it depends on cleaning frequency and how many visits a week, property size and square footage, the scope of work, facility type and how heavily it is used, and the access hours available. The figure that applies to your premises is confirmed in your quote.

Why does higher frequency reduce the rate rather than raise it?

The total spend does go up — more visits cost more. What comes down is the price per visit. A premises cleaned five nights a week never accumulates enough between visits to need recovering, and a fixed slot on a route is far cheaper to schedule than an irregular booking. That saving is what the discount band reflects.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

A recurring arrangement is a schedule and a written scope, not a multi-year lock-in. What we do insist on is that the scope is documented, because a vague scope is where commercial cleaning relationships fail. If the arrangement stops suiting you, say so and we will change the frequency or the scope.

Can one contract cover several sites?

Yes, and it is usually more efficient. Multi-site work is a routing problem before it is a cleaning problem, so send every address together rather than quoting them one at a time — a route that works is quicker to run and easier to schedule than the same sites booked in isolation.

What is not included in a recurring commercial contract?

Specialist and regulated fields are outside what we offer: commercial kitchen exhaust and hood systems, medical or laboratory decontamination, biohazard remediation, industrial process cleaning, and exterior or high-rise facade work. If your requirement is in one of those, we will say so rather than quote around it.

Can we start on one site and add more later?

Yes. Starting with a single premises is a reasonable way to see whether the arrangement works before committing the rest. If you already know you have several, send them together, because the scheduling across sites affects what is workable and what it costs.
