Can I book a recurring schedule straight away, or do I need a first clean?
You can start a recurring schedule from the beginning. If the home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, we may suggest a deep clean as the first visit and then a lighter recurring schedule after it — that is usually cheaper over a few months than repeatedly booking longer standard visits.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you reasonably can, especially for move-out cleans and anything tied to a lease inspection, closing date or guest check-in. Those have hard deadlines and the slots around end of month go first. For a standard or recurring clean there is usually more flexibility.
What if I am not sure which service to book?
Describe the property and what is bothering you most and we will tell you which service fits, including when a smaller one will do. Call or text (469) 405-3762, or start with the services comparison page. Nobody is trying to upgrade you into a deep clean you do not need.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes — call or text (469) 405-3762 as early as you can. The earlier we know, the easier it is to move the slot rather than lose it, and the more likely we can offer you a time that still works.
Should I book, or request a quote instead?
Book if it is a house, apartment, condo or townhome and you want a standard, deep, recurring, move-in or move-out clean. Request a free quote instead for commercial premises, Airbnb and rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, unusually large homes, or anything with a special requirement. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
