Allen, TX
Cleaning services in Allen, TX
A city built almost all at once — which is why its homes tend to need the same things at the same time.
Allen sits directly north of us up US-75, close enough that it runs on the same weekly routes as half of north Plano. That proximity is the whole reason we cover it rather than treating it as an outlying job we squeeze in.
We are a Plano company and the office is on West Spring Creek Parkway. What follows is what we actually run in Allen, and what tends to be different about cleaning there.

In Allen
Four services with their own Allen page
These are the four where the city genuinely changes the work, so each one is written for Allen rather than pointing at a Plano page and hoping.
- 01House cleaningMost bookedThe recurring whole-home visit. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and living space, on a schedule or as a one-off.
- 02Deep cleaningThe slower, detail-led reset. Built-up scale on glass and fixtures, grout, appliance interiors, baseboards and vents.
- 03Move-out cleaningThe clean a landlord, buyer or property manager grades. Empty property, appliance interiors, inside every cabinet.
- 04Commercial cleaningQuotedSuites, storefronts and facilities across the Allen business corridors, quoted on scope rather than square footage alone.
Everything else runs off the Plano pages
We could have published twenty-five Allen URLs by copying the Plano set and changing the place name. We have not, because a townhome staircase does not behave differently on the other side of Bethany Drive, and a page that pretends it does is a page written for a search engine rather than for you.
These services cover Allen addresses on exactly the same terms. They just live on one page each instead of one page per city.
- 01Move-in cleaningAn empty property cleaned before the furniture arrives. The same job in any city, so it keeps one page.
- 02Apartment, condo and townhome cleaningProperty type drives this work, not the city line. Three pages covering the three layouts.
- 03Weekly, biweekly and monthly schedulesFrequency and the standing 10–20% discounts. Identical everywhere we work.
- 04Post-construction and remodel cleanupFine building dust settles the same way in Allen as it does anywhere. One page, written once.
- 05Airbnb and short-term rental turnoversWorked to a checkout-to-check-in window, which does not change by address.
Across the city
How the city splits up from the driver’s seat
Allen is compact enough that we do not carve it into service zones. It is still worth knowing what changes from one end to the other.
West of US-75
Twin Creeks, Watters Creek, Montgomery Farm, Alma and Custer
The larger floor plans, the golf-course frontage and most of the newer mixed-use development. Bigger homes with more bathrooms per household, a lot of two-story entry glass, and enough office and retail alongside the housing that our commercial work in Allen is concentrated on this side.
East of US-75
Bethany Lakes, Cottonwood Bend, Suncreek, Jupiter and Malone
Allen’s earlier build-out and its densest run of family housing. Slightly smaller footprints, more single-story and split-level, and the parts of the city where original kitchens and bathrooms are most likely still original — which is where a first deep clean makes the most visible difference.
The north end
Stacy Road, Ridgeview Drive and the Fairview and Lucas edges
The newest end of Allen, and the point where the city runs into larger lots and lower density. Newer construction means less accumulated build-up and more of the fine grit that comes off unfinished ground nearby. It is also the part of the city where a same-day slot is hardest to move around, because it is the far end of the run.
The housing stock
A city that aged together
Most of Allen went up inside a single long building boom, from the mid-1990s into the early 2010s, in master-planned subdivisions that were finished street by street. The practical consequence shows up in our schedule: whole neighborhoods arrive at the same maintenance stage in the same few years.
The glass shower enclosures that went in with the house are now two decades into collecting mineral scale. The grout that was sealed once has not been sealed since. The kitchen extractor filters are original. None of that is neglect — it is simply what a twenty-year-old bathroom looks like, and it is why deep cleaning is a bigger share of what we do in Allen than a purely new-build city would generate.
It also means Allen homeowners tend to remodel rather than move, which is why the remodel cleanup phone rings from Allen more often than the post-construction one does.
The water
Hard water is the local constant
Allen drinks the same treated surface water as the rest of this part of Collin County, and it is hard enough to leave a visible film on glass, chrome and stainless. Left alone it builds into scale, and scale eventually etches the surface underneath it, at which point cleaning stops being able to fix it.
Two things follow. First, a standard visit will not remove build-up that has been accumulating for years — that is a different kind of job and it takes longer. Second, once it has been taken back, keeping it there is mostly a question of frequency rather than effort.
Recurring residential customers save 20% on weekly, 15% on biweekly and 10% on monthly cleaning. These are standing discounts on our recurring schedules, not a limited-time promotion.
How the schedules and the discounts work is on recurring cleaning.
Questions
Cleaning in Allen, answered
Where we are based, what it costs, which parts of the city we cover, and how HOA access works.
Are you actually based in Allen?
No, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Hygiene Maids of Plano works out of one office at 2120 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Ste E in Plano. Allen is a short run north up US-75, which is exactly why we cover it properly — the drive is short enough that an Allen booking does not wreck the rest of the day. There is no Allen branch office and no separate Allen phone number.
Does cleaning cost more in Allen than in Plano?
No. The quote comes off the property and the service — size, bathroom count, condition, frequency and scope — not the city on the address. Allen is inside the radius we run every week, so there is no travel surcharge.
Which parts of Allen do you cover?
The whole city. Practically that means everything between SH-121 at the south end and the Stacy Road and Ridgeview corridors at the north, on both sides of US-75, plus the Twin Creeks and Watters Creek side to the west and the Bethany and Rowlett Creek neighborhoods to the east.
My HOA makes contractors register before they come on site. Is that a problem?
No, and it is common across Allen. Tell us at booking so we can get the paperwork done ahead of the visit rather than at the gate. Sending us the gate code, the visitor parking rule and whether the garage or alley entrance is the one to use saves more time on the day than anything else you can tell us.
Can you get to an Allen property at short notice?
Sometimes, and it depends on the day rather than the city. Because Allen sits on the same north run as several of our regular Plano routes, a gap on an Allen day is easier to fill than one further out. Call or text and ask about the specific date rather than assuming either way.
Do you clean businesses in Allen as well as homes?
Yes. Offices, professional suites, retail units, places of worship and school and childcare facilities are all quoted rather than booked online, because scope and access hours decide the price. Send the property type, the square footage and the hours you want us on site and we will scope it.
