What this website collects

This website does not have a contact form, a customer database, a login system or a payment system of its own. There is nothing on these pages that stores what you type.

The site does the following, and nothing beyond it:

• Serves pages, images, fonts and stylesheets from our web host.
• Records the standard technical information any web server receives in order to deliver a page — for example your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider keeps these records for operational and security purposes.
• Links out to our phone number, SMS, email address and social profiles. Following one of those links hands you over to your own phone, mail or messaging application.

We do not set advertising cookies on this site, and we do not sell or rent information about site visitors.

Embedded scheduling tools

Our online booking, quote request and customer account tools are provided by third-party scheduling software and are embedded into the booking, quote and customer login pages. Where such a tool is embedded, information you enter into it is submitted to that provider, and that provider’s own privacy policy and terms apply to it in addition to this one.

At the time of writing these tools are not yet connected, and those pages instead direct you to call, text or email us.

Information you give us directly

When you call, text, email or book a cleaning, you give us the information needed to provide the service. Typically that is:

• Your name and contact details.
• The service address and how to get in on the day.
• Details about the property and the cleaning you want.
• Notes and preferences you ask us to carry between visits.

We use that information to schedule and carry out the work, to contact you about a visit, to quote for work you have asked us to quote for, and to keep our own business records. We do not sell it.

Who we share information with

We share information only where it is needed to run the service: with the cleaners assigned to your visit, with the software providers we use to schedule work and take payment, and where we are required to by law. Providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations, then dispose of them.

Text messages

If you text (469) 405-3762, we will reply by text about your inquiry or booking. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Tell us at any point if you would rather we called or emailed instead.

Children

This site is aimed at people arranging cleaning services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us what customer information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with the request.

Changes to this policy

If the site gains a function that changes what is collected — a contact form, an embedded booking tool, analytics — this policy will be updated to describe it before or at the point that function goes live.
