Hygiene Maids of Plano

Service area

Where Hygiene Maids of Plano actually works

Plano is the whole job, not one pin on a franchise map.

We work across Plano, Texas and the communities immediately around it. Keeping the radius tight is deliberate: short drives between jobs are what let a team arrive when it said it would, and they are the difference between a schedule that holds and one that slips by mid-afternoon.

Different parts of Plano throw up genuinely different cleaning work. Here is how the city breaks down from where we sit.

Across the city

Four parts of Plano, four kinds of cleaning work

These are not separate service areas with separate prices. They are simply the practical differences we see between one side of the city and another.

01

East Plano

Around US-75, Los Rios, Parker Road and Jupiter

Much of east Plano is original build-out from the 1970s and early 1980s — single-story and split-level homes on mature lots, with the tree cover to match. Practically, that means older tile and grout, original bathroom fixtures with years of mineral build-up, and a lot of surfaces where a deep clean produces a bigger visible change than a standard visit would.

02

Central Plano

Coit, Custer, Independence and Spring Creek Parkway

The middle of the city is where the housing stock changes over: late-1980s and 1990s two-story family homes, a heavy concentration of established neighborhoods, and a steady mix of owner-occupiers and long-term renters. Our office sits in this part of the city, on West Spring Creek Parkway, so it tends to be the shortest drive of our week.

03

West Plano and the Legacy corridor

Dallas North Tollway, Legacy Drive, Preston Road, SH-121

West Plano runs from established Preston Road neighborhoods up to the newer density around Legacy West and Granite Park. It carries the widest range of property types in the city: large family homes, luxury and mid-rise apartments, townhomes, and one of the densest corporate office footprints in North Texas sitting right alongside them.

04

Downtown Plano and the DART corridor

Historic Downtown, 15th Street, the Red Line stations

The oldest part of the city, plus the newer transit-oriented apartments and townhomes built up around the Downtown Plano and Parker Road stations. Small footprints, rental turnover, and a lot of short-term and mid-term tenancies — which is why turnover cleaning is a bigger share of the work here than anywhere else in Plano.

Local conditions

Two things every Plano property has in common

Neither is exotic. Both change what a cleaning visit has to deal with.

Mineral deposits from North Texas water

Water across the region is hard enough to leave a visible film on glass shower doors, chrome fixtures, faucets and the inside of sinks. It does not come off with a general wipe-down, and left alone it slowly etches. This is one of the main reasons a first deep clean produces such a noticeable change in Plano bathrooms.

Long pollen and dust seasons

North Texas runs overlapping pollen seasons through much of the year, and it settles as a fine film on window sills, blinds, ceiling fans, vents and hard floors. It is also the reason homes here often feel dusty again quickly after a clean — and why a regular schedule does more for a Plano home than an occasional heroic effort.

Just outside the city?

Surrounding communities

We serve Plano and the communities around it. Rather than publishing a list that might not hold on a given week, we would rather you asked.

If your address is just over the Plano line, call or text (469) 405-3762 with the address and the service you are after. You will get a straight yes or no, and if it is a no we will say so rather than take a booking we cannot run properly.

Coverage questions

About where we work

Access, pricing by area, multi-property arrangements and the city boundary.

Do you clean outside Plano?

Plano is our home market and where most of our week goes, but we do serve surrounding communities. Because coverage depends on the day and the route, the honest answer for an address outside the city line is to call or text (469) 405-3762 and let us check before you book.

Do you charge more for one part of Plano than another?

No. Pricing is driven by the property and the service — size, bathroom count, condition and frequency — not by which side of the city you are on.

Can you clean an apartment inside a gated or controlled-access community?

Yes, and a lot of the Plano apartment work is exactly that. Tell us how access works when you book: gate code, call box, leasing office key release, or a fob left with a concierge. Getting that wrong is the single most common reason a visit starts late.

Do you work with property managers across several Plano addresses?

Yes. If you are turning more than one unit, send the whole list in a single quote request rather than requesting each separately — a route that works is quicker to run and cheaper to schedule than the same units booked in isolation.
