Airbnb cleaning in Plano, TX
Guest turnovers, worked against a checkout-to-check-in window.
A turnover is not a house clean done faster. It returns the property to a defined starting state — the same one every guest walks into — inside a window somebody else set.
Every visit finishes with anything you need to know about: guest belongings left behind, breakages, missing items, or something that needs replacing before the next arrival.

What we do not do
We do not supply linens, launder off site, restock consumables, or manage inventory. A lot of turnover companies advertise those and quietly sub-contract them; we would rather say plainly that they are not part of this service.
What we do is clean and reset the property to a consistent guest-ready standard using the linens and supplies you leave on site — and tell you immediately about anything you need to act on.
Why it is a different service
Four ways a turnover differs from a house cleaning
Hosts sometimes book a standard house clean for a rental and find it does not fit. This is why.
- 01
It is a reset, not a clean
A house clean improves a home somebody lives in. A turnover returns a property to a defined starting state — the same one every guest arrives to. Consistency matters more than any individual flourish.
- 02
The window is fixed and short
Checkout to check-in is often the same day. There is no option to come back tomorrow, so the visit is planned around the clock rather than around the property.
- 03
Presentation is part of the job
Beds made to a consistent standard, towels laid out the same way, cushions and furniture returned to position. A guest photographs a room before they use it.
- 04
Somebody scores it publicly
A missed hair in a shower becomes a written review that stays visible for years. That is a materially different consequence from a homeowner noticing a missed shelf.
The comparison in full: Airbnb cleaning vs standard house cleaning.

The window
Same-day turnovers are the normal case
Most Plano short-term rentals run an 11am checkout and a 3pm or 4pm check-in. Four or five hours, once travel is accounted for, is the real constraint on the job.
Three things make that window work. First, knowing the checkout and check-in times in advance so the visit is scheduled against them rather than into a general slot. Second, linens already on site — waiting on laundry is the most common way a turnover overruns. Third, a reliable way in, particularly for units inside a controlled-access building.
If a turnover genuinely cannot be completed within the window — an unusually heavy checkout, damage, or something that needs replacing — you hear about it while there is still time to act, not afterwards.
Hosts with recurring turnovers should quote the arrangement rather than the visit. A standing slot is easier to hold than a repeated last-minute booking, and it schedules better against the rest of the week.

Host questions
From Plano short-term rental hosts
Linens, windows, damage reporting, pricing and how this differs from long-term rental work.
Do you provide linens, towels or consumables?
No. We clean and reset the property using the linens and supplies you provide on site. We do not supply, launder off site, or restock consumables, and we do not run an inventory service. Leave fresh linens and towels in the property and we will strip, remake and lay out to your standard.
Can you do a same-day turnover between checkout and check-in?
That is the normal case for short-term rentals and it is what the service is built around. Tell us the checkout and check-in times when you request a quote — the length of the window is one of the main things that determines whether a turnover is workable and how it is scoped.
What happens if a guest has left damage or something is missing?
We tell you straight away, with photos, before we leave the property. Finding out from us while the unit is still empty gives you time to act before the next guest arrives, which is far better than discovering it through a complaint.
How is Airbnb cleaning priced?
It is quoted rather than booked from a list, because turnover pricing depends on bedroom and bathroom count, your linen arrangement, how tight the window is, and how often turnovers occur. Hosts with regular turnovers should request a quote for the ongoing arrangement rather than booking visit by visit.
Do you clean short-term rentals that are apartments or condos?
Yes, and a good share of Plano short-term rental stock is exactly that — particularly around the Downtown Plano and Parker Road station areas and along the Legacy corridor. Send us the access process with your quote request: gate codes, lockboxes, elevator restrictions and any visitor registration the building requires.
Can you work to my own turnover checklist?
Yes. If you already have a checklist your listing depends on, send it with your quote request and we will work to it. Hosts who have refined a setup over time usually have specific reasons for it, and it is quicker to adopt yours than to reconcile two different standards.
What is the difference between this and rental property cleaning?
This service is for short-term stays, run repeatedly between guests. Rental property cleaning is the make-ready between long-term tenants — a single deeper clean of an empty unit after months or years of occupancy. Different frequency, different scope, different buyer.
Next step
Send us the property and the window
Bedrooms, bathrooms, checkout and check-in times, your linen arrangement and how access works. That is enough to quote a turnover properly.
