The honest list of exclusions
Most complaints about cleaning services come from an expectation nobody wrote down. So here is ours.
- Interior of the oven or refrigerator (part of a deep clean, or on request)
- Exterior windows, or interior glass beyond reachable height
- Wall washing, and anything needing a ladder above standard reach
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Laundry, dishes left in the sink, or general tidying of personal items
- Carpet shampooing, grout restoration and other specialist treatments

Soap film on shower glass, dust settled on baseboards and vents, and grease film above the stove take time to build and time to remove. A standard visit is not scoped for it.

Have you just taken the property on?
Someone else lived there. A deep clean, or a dedicated move-in clean, resets it before you unpack rather than cleaning around your things later.

Is there one thing you keep looking at?
Baked-on oven residue, mineral film on glass, grout gone dark. Those are deep-clean tasks. A standard visit will improve the room around them but will not fix them.

Yes. Tell us what animals are in the home and where they will be during the visit. If a pet needs a door kept closed, or is nervous around vacuums, say so — it makes the visit easier for everyone, including the pet.
