Is weekly cleaning really 20% off?
Yes. Weekly is our largest standing residential discount at 20% off, compared with 15% for biweekly and 10% for monthly. It is not an introductory rate and it does not expire — it applies for as long as the weekly schedule runs. The percentage comes off the rate quoted for your home, so the base figure still depends on size, bathroom count and condition.
Does weekly cleaning actually cost more overall than biweekly?
Over a month, yes, because you are buying four visits instead of two. But the per-visit rate is the lowest of any schedule, and weekly visits are genuinely shorter than biweekly ones because nothing has had time to build up. Most people comparing the two are really deciding how much of the maintenance they want to do themselves.
Will weekly cleaning feel like overkill?
For a low-traffic home with one or two occupants and no pets, honestly it might. If your house still looks clean the day before a visit is due, you are on too tight a schedule and we will say so. Biweekly or monthly would serve you better and cost less.
Do I get the same cleaners each week?
Wherever the schedule allows, yes, and weekly is the schedule where it matters most. Can I pause weekly cleaning while I am away?

Do I still need a deep clean if I am on weekly?
Usually only the first one. Homes on weekly cleaning frequently never need a second deep clean, because nothing gets the chance to rebuild in the harder-to-reach places. If the home has drifted before you start, one deep clean as visit one and weekly afterwards is the sequence that works.
