This is our office address, not a storefront — cleaning is carried out at your property. If you need to drop something off or arrange a key handover, call or text first so somebody is expecting you.

These are the hours somebody is reachable by phone. Online booking and quote requests are open at any hour, and anything that arrives outside office hours is answered the next working day.

Move-out dates, lease inspections, guest check-ins and end-of-build handovers all have hard deadlines. Say so early.

No call center, no ticket number, and no quote that arrives three days later with a number you cannot make sense of.
The first thing we do is work out which service the property actually needs. That is a genuine question rather than a formality, because booking a deep clean when a standard visit would do costs you money for no benefit. If the smaller service fits, we will say so.
For houses, apartments, condos and townhomes we can usually confirm a service and a slot in the same conversation. For commercial premises, rental turnovers, post-construction work or anything unusual, we will scope it properly and come back to you with a free custom quote rather than guessing on the phone.
Once a visit is booked, you get the scope and the schedule confirmed before anything is locked in. Nothing gets renegotiated halfway through the clean, and nothing appears on the day that you did not ask for.
Afterwards, walk the property while it is still fresh. If an area we cleaned was missed or you are not satisfied with it, tell us and we will come back to address it within 24 hours at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of our satisfaction guarantee.
