Restaurant cleaning in Plano, TX

Front of house, restrooms and customer areas — worked between services.

Restaurants are judged on cleanliness harder than almost any other premises, and the judgment happens in about four seconds: the door handle, the floor by the host stand, and the state of the restroom.

One thing said clearly up front, because it saves everybody time. We do not take on commercial kitchen exhaust or hood system cleaning. That is a regulated specialist field and it needs a specialist.

Restaurant front-of-house cleaning service in Plano

Where our scope ends

Front of house, not the cook line

A lot of cleaning companies will quote a restaurant end to end and quietly sub-contract the regulated parts. We would rather draw the line where it actually is.

We do: dining rooms, bars and seating, entrances and glass, customer restrooms, staff areas, corridors, floors, front-of-house grease film, waste, and the touch points customers meet.

We do not: kitchen exhaust and hood systems, cook-line degreasing, fryers, walk-in interiors, or anything requiring food-safety certification. Those need a specialist contractor, and most restaurants already have one.

The two arrangements sit alongside each other perfectly well. What causes problems is a contractor implying they cover both.

What is included

The customer-facing scope, area by area

Ordered the way a guest experiences the room: door, floor, table, restroom. That order is also roughly the order in which problems get noticed.

Dining room

  • Table tops, edges and undersides where guests touch them
  • Chair seats, backs, legs and booth bases
  • Booth seams and the gap between seat and back
  • Floors wall to wall, including under fixed seating
  • Baseboards, floor edges and the base of table pedestals
  • Light fittings, ledges and decorative surfaces dusted

Entrance and waiting area

  • Entrance glass and door hardware, both faces
  • Threshold, matting and the floor immediately inside
  • Host stand, waiting benches and menus where wipeable
  • Windows at seated eye level
  • Handrails and any stanchions
  • Exterior threshold swept back from the door

Customer restrooms

  • All fixtures cleaned and disinfected
  • Mirrors, counters and splash areas
  • Partitions, doors, locks and handles
  • Floors to the perimeter, including behind fixtures
  • Consumables checked and reported
  • Extract vent covers and light fittings

Staff and back areas

  • Staff restrooms and changing areas
  • Break area tables, counters and seating
  • Office and admin surfaces
  • Corridors and service routes
  • Waste collected and trash cans relined
  • Rear entrance and delivery threshold

Booth seams deserve a specific mention. The gap where a bench seat meets its back collects more than any other surface in a dining room, it is invisible from standing height, and it is the first place a guest with a young child looks. It is written into the scope rather than left to judgment.

Frequency and price

Food service is a daily-frequency business

Covers per day drives the load, and it does not pause. Almost every restaurant lands on daily front-of-house service, which is the band where recurring discounts work hardest.

Recurring commercial pricing

Up to 35% off qualifying recurring commercial cleaning

Daily front-of-house cleaning sits at the top of the frequency band. Restaurants with a lunch and dinner split sometimes add an afternoon reset, which is agreed as part of the scope rather than charged as an ad-hoc visit.

What the figure depends on

  • Cleaning frequency, and how many visits a week
  • Property size and square footage
  • Scope of work and the tasks included
  • Facility type and how heavily it is used
  • Access hours and any building requirements

Not every commercial customer receives 35%. The figure is a ceiling for high-frequency arrangements, and your actual rate is confirmed in your quote.

Questions

About restaurant cleaning

Kitchens, service timing, frequency, grease, inspections and discounts.

Do you clean commercial kitchens?

Not the regulated parts, and we will say so plainly rather than quote around it. Commercial kitchen exhaust and hood system cleaning is a specialist, regulated field with its own certification and equipment, and it is outside what we offer. Our restaurant work is front of house, restrooms, customer areas and staff spaces. Your kitchen team almost certainly already has a hood contractor; we work alongside that arrangement rather than replacing it.

When would you clean, around service?

After close or before opening, depending on your hours. Restaurants with a lunch and dinner split sometimes want an afternoon reset between services as well. Tell us your service pattern when you request a quote, because it shapes the schedule far more than the floor area does.

How often does a restaurant dining room need cleaning?

Front of house is a daily job in almost every case, because covers per day drive it and food service generates load faster than any office. Customer restrooms in a busy restaurant genuinely need attention more than once a day, and most operators handle spot checks in-house between our visits. Deeper work — booth seams, high dusting, detailed floor edges — usually rotates weekly.

Do you handle grease on floors and surfaces?

Front-of-house grease film, yes: the film that migrates onto dining-room surfaces, wall areas near pass-throughs, and hard floors. Deep degreasing of kitchen cook lines, fryers and extraction is kitchen work and outside our scope.

Can you work around a health inspection schedule?

Yes, and it is worth telling us if one is expected. We clean the areas we are contracted for to the agreed scope; we do not advise on food-safety compliance, because that is your kitchen management and your inspector, not a cleaning contractor. What we can do is make sure the customer-facing areas an inspector walks through are not the weak point.

Is there a discount for daily restaurant cleaning?

Qualifying recurring commercial arrangements can receive up to 35% off, and daily front-of-house work sits in the band where the larger reductions apply. It is a ceiling rather than an automatic rate — the figure depends on frequency, size, scope, facility type and access hours, and is confirmed in your quote.
