Which residential service should I start with?
If the home is broadly kept up, start with a standard house cleaning and put it on a schedule. If it has drifted for six months or more, book one deep clean first and then a lighter recurring schedule — that usually works out cheaper than repeatedly booking long standard visits. If the property is empty, book move-in or move-out cleaning instead, because an empty home lets us reach far more for the same effort.
Do the recurring discounts apply to every residential service?
They apply to recurring residential schedules: 20% off weekly, 15% off biweekly and 10% off monthly. A one-time deep clean or a move-out clean is a single visit, so there is no recurring discount on it. Many customers book a deep clean once and then start a discounted schedule afterwards.
Do you clean houses across all of Plano?
Yes. We work across the city, from the established neighborhoods in east and central Plano through to west Plano and the Legacy corridor, plus surrounding communities. Our office is at 2120 W Spring Creek Pkwy, Ste E, Plano, TX 75023, so most of our week is spent within a short drive of it.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Sunday. Online booking is available at any hour; those are the hours somebody answers the phone.
