Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services, to contact us and to schedule cleaning. You may not use it to attempt to disrupt the site, to gain unauthorised access to any system behind it, or to copy its content for republication elsewhere.

How to read the service information

The service descriptions, checklists and comparisons on this site describe what the work normally involves. They are written to help you choose the right service — they are not a fixed contractual scope for your specific property.

The scope that applies to your visit is the one confirmed when you book or when you accept a quote. If something in a description matters to you, say so before the visit so it can be confirmed explicitly.

Pricing

We do not publish per-visit prices on this site. Cleaning is priced on the property and the service: size, bathroom count, condition, frequency and scope. Any figure quoted to you applies to the property and requirement described at the time.

The satisfaction guarantee

If an area we cleaned was missed or you are not satisfied with it, tell us and we will come back to address it within 24 hours at no additional cleaning charge, subject to the terms of the guarantee.

To use it, contact us within 24 hours of the visit and tell us which area is affected. We will arrange to return and address that area. The guarantee covers areas included in the service you booked. It does not cover:

• Work that was not part of the booked scope.
• Conditions that cleaning cannot reverse — for example etched stone, worn or missing grout, scratched glass, heat damage, staining that has set into a material, or general wear.
• Damage or soiling that occurs after we leave.

Bookings, changes and access

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. If you need to change or cancel, call or text (469) 405-3762 as early as you can. You are responsible for making sure we can access the property at the agreed time and for telling us about pets, alarms and any areas we should not enter. If we cannot get in, the visit may not be able to go ahead.

Third-party tools and links

The booking, quote and customer login pages are designed to host scheduling tools provided by third parties. Where such a tool is in use, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to it. This site also links to external social media profiles, which are governed by those platforms’ terms.

Content and accuracy

The text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to Hygiene Maids and may not be reproduced without permission. We keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error at every moment. Guidance in our articles is general information about cleaning, not professional advice about a specific property, material or situation.

Limitation

The website is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including in relation to the cleaning services themselves, which are governed by the terms confirmed with your booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above shows when this version was published.
